I don’t even know where to even start. Everyone in this location has been awesome! Quick, personal, and professional. I the staff was amazing, but who really went above and beyond, to start with Dr. B and forgot to catch the other wonderful lady that was with Dr. B that has been nothing but sweet and supportive when checking my teeth. Lastly Mr. Gv, now that guy has been one of the best individuals that I’ve received a cleaning from period. Gv ensured I was taken care of at the same time being able to connect about sports with such a positive energy. Knowing it’s towards the end of the day and to have such energy. Great all around! My visit at the Denton location was great, from the time I entered up to checking out. As someone with bad experiences from past dentists and extreme anxiety about getting anything done to my teeth, I LOVE this office! The staff is always super friendly and sweet, from the front desk to the doctors! The office is cute and clean, they make payment and scheduling a breeze, and I got my fillings taken care of with ZERO pain - or any feeling at all, because they did a phenomenal job getting both sides of my mouth numbed up. I’m so glad I found this place! 😊 More

I have had incredible experiences at Mint Dentistry Denton since I started coming here from January of 2023. Dr. Deandrea Bell-Nagle is always personable and professional and provides helpful advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene. She and her staff have helped me maintain my ideal smile with Invisalign retainers and regular check-ups. Today was my most recent visit, where Dr. Bell-Nagle was accompanied by Gervaisson for a check-up and cleaning. Both of them made me feel comfortable and at ease as they performed diagnostics and the teeth cleaning. I left the office with a picture-perfect smile and look forward to my next appointment in 6 months. If anyone is looking for a dental office that will make you feel great and support you on your oral health journey, I could not recommend a better office. More

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. All of the staff I’ve met so far have been kind, comforting, and efficient at what they do. You are in and out. The atmosphere inside is inviting and clean. The massage chairs and music they play for you is a bonus as well. Keisha did my teeth cleaning today and she was exceptional. More

I have been coming to Mint for a couple of years now and it has been a great experience every time. My last dentist retired and I knew it was going to be hard to find someone as good as him. When I first came to Mint, I needed some major help. Everyone was so nice and seemed to really care about helping me get my smile back on track. I had to have a deep cleaning and also went through invisalign treatment. Since then I have also gotten a couple of crowns to repair old fillings. My teeth now look better than they ever have before. I'm very grateful for the hygienists and dentists at Mint in Denton for listening to my concerns and being supportive when I needed it most. Just recently had the best teeth cleaning ever at the Mint Denton office! Jessica, the dental hygienist, was so gentle and thorough! Embarrassed to say it’s been awhile since I’ve had my teeth cleaned so they were pretty bad. But Jessica was really sensitive and talked me thru everything she did. My teeth look and feel amazing now. The Denton office itself is very nice and clean. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional! The dentist Dr. Bell also made me feel very comfortable as she listened to my concerns about my teeth and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the Mint dentistry Denton office! Already made my next appointment! More

(UPDATED 4/4/22- see below this initial post) I have been to many dentists over the last couple of years, and Mint Denton is by far the best one. The staff is very professional and does a great job explaining procedures and answering any questions you may have. I have referred many family members and friends and will continue to do so! Dr. Bell, oh, I can’t say enough about her! She has so much compassion for her patients and understanding of what they are going through gives you a sense of ease. Macy was a doll during my cleaning. Everyone there is by far the best! The front desk staff is also accommodating and professional, especially Sierra, and I want to thank you for taking the time to go over my treatment plan in detail with me and seeing what you can do to work with me! It was my Mom’s first visit and she had a blast! Absolutely loved EVERYONE! Keep it up DENTON! Since I can't leave multiple reviews, I'm updating my original because this Little sweetheart deserves to be recognized! Shareca at Mint Dentistry in Denton is the most kind-hearted, patient, caring, and I could go on, young woman. She made my day as it’s hard to find “nice” people in the medical field this day in time, much less someone who listens and shows compassion toward patients. I had a lot going on and was emotional, and she listened to me and showed compassion toward my issues; it reminded me of how I treated my patients when I was still able to work. She is the perfect example of how ALL medical professionals (including Physicians, Surgeons, etc.) should treat people. This girl is a blessing and should be recognized for it! Just had a cleaning done. The hygienist was so gentle! I couldn’t even tell when she was probing for gum recession. I’ve had experiences in the past where I was probed so hard my gums would bleed. I’ve only been here a couple times, but plan on making it my dental home. More

Great experience, yet again. This was my time coming here for general dentistry needs. My previous visit was due a dental emergency, in which they handled quickly and efficiently. This experience lead me to come back for my next cleaning. Needless to say, I will be back in 6 months for my next check up. More

So far so good! We did panoramic imagining, impressions for the at home whitening, the environment is very relaxed. I'm excited to see how the rest of my visit goes. Update, the cleaning was quick and easy!! I've really enjoyed this place today. I'll be back for fillings next week or so and it's not as nerve wracking as my other experiences. I really wanna get my mom in here next. She's never experienced anything like Mint and I think she'd really benefit, even if she just comes in to check it out with me on my next visit. Very Happy :) 2 years later, (they didn't have mint where I lived before) I am back. Seemed to be all new staff, makes sense. Daniella helped me at the front desk with setting up my discount plan for on going treatment and 6 month checkups. Tracy helped with my imagining and photos. Natasha did the teeth cleaning. Gabby and Dr. Jackson took care of the dental work! The whole experience was just as I remembered it aside from, being numbed before the cleaning. I stayed numb for 4 hours after leaving the office. I have been coming to MINT for a couple of years now! They are the best! They offer snacks, they have netflix, they are professional, and it’s so clean and sheek inside. Not to forget the F R E E teeth whitening with PPO dental insurance! More

I highly recommend this dentist office over any other! I have been to many dentist and none have come close to caring for me and my teeth like they have here. I did cleanings and root canal here and have better teeth than ever now. They always take extreme care of my teeth and they always listen and take it seriously when i tell them about my teeth (being sensitive or feeling a certain way) and they do a great job at fixing them! The employees are super sweet and kind. 10/10 would recommend coming here! More

This is my first time going to this establishment and I absolutely love it. They were all friendly, patient, and seemed to really care about me. Dalia was my dental Hygienist and she was very gentle and thorough. I felt relaxing, it went by quickly, and most importantly.... it did not hurt! They soothed my worries which allowed me to trust what they were telling me wholeheartedly. Even though I was not scheduled for a teeth cleaning or a filling, they worked it in when I expressed that I wanted it done ASAP. They really cares about my time, not theirs. They made me feel comfortable about not having insurance and immediately gave me options without making it feel forced or over bearing. They explained everything before doing and made sure I was happy before leaving. I’ve never felt so happy with an establishment. I am definitely going to make Mint Denistry the only place I go for my dental needs. More

I was SO anxious to go to the dentist as I hadn't been able to go in a number of years for financial and coverage reasons. I also have severe dentist anxiety, and had put off a routine visit when I really shouldn't have. If I'd have known how WONDERFUL this group of gals and the dentist were I would have made my appointment a long time ago. They were sympathetic to my anxiety, and embarrassment from not having a cleaning in quite a while, and they were thorough, didn't seemed "rushed" like alot of large dental offices tend to seem. They eased my fears and also made getting my whitening trays fun. I left feeling like I was informed and taken care of and listened to. Thank you MINT DENTON!!!. I'll see y'all in 6 months!!! More

The staff was very friendly, Gabby and Macie especially. I was in and out fairly quickly. I needed a filling replaced and they said "no problem, we can do it right now if you want." And we did. The grape flavor was the good one. They gave me a teeth whitening package just always very nice. More

I love MiNT dentistry it is truly unlike any dentist or even doctors office I have ever been too! I have medical issues and they always look at the notes and are very considerate towards accommodating my illnesses. Dr. Bell is my absolute favorite dentist ever- she truly cares about her patients and she is just so much fun I love her personality and she does great work! I am very light sensitive and Dr. Bell even turned down the light to help out which I thought was extremely considerate. Mattie at the front desk was very helpful and sweet! Macy is a doll she cleaned my teeth and gave me such good advice. I felt bad because we were talking so much and every-time I talked /responded she paused her cleaning... but she was so attentive and helpful! More

The staff was awesome! Did a lovely job at keeping me distracted while all the procedures were being done on my teeth like pictures and impressions. They made sure to tell me the truth about my teeth and where I need a little extra love in brushing. The free teeth whitening is amazing and I’m so excited to have white teeth FOR FREE. My insurance covered everything and I didn’t pay a single thing. They have massage chairs and headphones to provide while they are working on your teeth which almost put me to sleep lol. Love the friendly environment so far and I’m happy to be a new constant customer here. The hygienist named Dalia and Janay are the people who took care of me and did a wonderful job at doing so. They were sweet and made sure I wasn’t nervous or anything during the cleaning. Dr. Bell looked over my teeth and showed me on screen my one cavity I had! They made sure to take care of it quick (literally only an extra 15 min to fix the cavity) and I was out the door! They really do treat you like Kings and hope u get the best experience you can get. This is my first time going to this establishment and I absolutely love it. They were all friendly, patient, and seemed to really care about me. Dalia was my dental Hygienist and she was very gentle and thorough. I felt relaxing, it went by quickly, and most importantly.... it did not hurt! I had my first appointment at MINT Dentistry last week. First, let me preface this REVIEW with my family is in the Dental Field as Dr’s and Hygienist. I am also in the healthcare field. My expectation levels are very high for any provider I choose to trust with my care. Additional I do not like going to the Dentist, have avoided going for many years not utilizing my dental benefits. Over the years of Dentist avoidance, I did a lot of self-maintenance by brushing and flossing because of my anxiety. The Dental Office environment is over stimulating with drilling and cleaning tools. I have oral sensitivities that cause even a simple cleaning over stimulating with “tickling” my hard upper palate and specific areas of my teeth and gums during cleaning. It was time for a checkup. I was warmly and professionally greeted by Portia when I walked in the door. The office décor is warm and relaxing which is not my priority but appreciated. I don’t remember all the names of everyone I encountered, but all team members were very professional making me feel safe. My Dental Assistant was friendly, high energy, proficient in her role, and understanding I was anxious even just taking x-rays and dental impressions. I was impressed she had her Bachelors Degree and was beginning to further her education in the Dental field. The Doctor came into the room reviewed my x-ray and thoroughly educated me to a problem I did not report from an old wisdom tooth removal I was tolerating. I identified the problem myself, but she took the time to educate. No cavities….YEAH! But…ohhhh now the cleaning. I explained to the Dr why the Dental Cleaning is hard for me. I was not in fear of the cleaning, but my anxiety and oral sensitivity have kept me out of the dental chair. She was 100% understanding, and nonjudgmental I needed the nitrous gas to be comfortable. Though nitrous is usually not covered under most dental plans, I believe a small price to pay and cheaper than risking a cavity. Sydney came to collect my payment was professional, friendly, and quick. Jenn, my hygienist superstar, walked into the room. You can immediately tell she is a people person. She is additionally high energy and patiently listened to what was making me anxious. Her cleaning skills were just as impressive and skilled. She called out any periodontal probe numbers that were above three because she understood I was worried about having high numbers. The nitrous didn’t sleep me but allowed me to tolerated the exam with so much ease. Jenn educated me every step of the way friendly and informative. I will 100% tell everyone who is reading this I will have no hesitation in going back for my six months follow up. You can train staff to have customer service skills, but only staff who are genuinely customer friendly can pull off exceptional customer service to every patient. I visited MINT this month for a cleaning. Admittedly, I was surprisingly nervous for the appointment just because I assumed I had several cavities, since I hadn't been to the dentist for a while. My experience at MINT quickly put my mind at ease! The patient exam chairs are massage chairs that have a heated option!! I was able to control the massage chair to best suit my needs. Also, the staff also asked me what I wanted to watch on internet TV, with all sorts of options...! The staff was very professional and also personal. I've been to many dentist offices in my life, but I have never been to one like MINT, and I don't plan to try other offices in the future...I am sold! The definition of luxury dentistry! More

So far so good! We did panoramic imagining, impressions for the at home whitening, the environment is very relaxed. I'm excited to see how the rest of my visit goes.
